Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Punctuality
   • Participants are expected to arrive on time.
   • If a participant is late by 10 minutes or more, they will be asked to reschedule their session.
   • A rescheduling fee of ₱500 per participant will apply.
2. Rescheduling by Students
   • Students are allowed to reschedule their class up to 2 weeks before the scheduled date.
   • Rescheduling requests less than 2 weeks in advance will incur a fee of ₱500 per participant.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
   • No cancellations or refunds are allowed.
   • No-show participants will be considered as forfeited if prior notification (at least 1 day in advance) is not received.
4. Attendance & Fees
   • Participants must attend the class at the scheduled time.
   • Any applicable fees (late arrival, reschedule, etc.) must be settled prior to attending the rescheduled class.
